So bad! Font desk Vivian and 2 people working at the office are very rude and make it difficult for service members to come and pick up items. They were intentionally offensive and very unprofessional this morning. People are very busy for the work in weekday , but they are relaxed and unimportant. Be respectful of your work and that of others. My doctors and my children are amazing, different from the people I come into contact with o font desk.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This clinic can't even give my elderly mother a walker for her to use we have been asking for over a month and even lied to us that they ordered it 3 times and we waited. Ended up my mother fell on the ground and broke an arm because of them. Don't go here wit your parents if they need real care. They won't do nothing for them, just lies. Even there desk receptionist told me there was no order for a walker ever. So just stay away from this clinic. I'm changing clinics to one that will care for my mother

They only care about shoving you out the front doorand collecting their check at the end of the day. Doctor had me come in outside of an appointment and Monica, the woman at the desk didnt bother to put in the overbook appointment until I finally asked why its taking so long after a half hour of sitting there. I wouldnt believe anyone working there that says they care considering this isnt the first bad experience this month alone.
