Bought a deal on groupon and scheduled next day. When I showed up for the scheduled appointment, the place was closed! Tried calling, but no one answered. Now, I cant even get a refund. Never use groupon and beware of this place!

I highly recommend avoiding this particular location if you bought a Groupon. They mistakenly charged me for a regular visit and a Groupon and have refused to refund me despite saying they would 3 times. Overall the experience is decent, they forgot to turn the lights off and I had to get out and do it myself.

Super clean and peaceful. We had the first appointments of the day. There was nobody there at 10 a.m. other than the staff. This was my first float and I didn't know what to expect. You are in complete solitude inside of the tank. It's a very meditative experience and, if you're in the right mindset, relaxing. A lot of thoughts will come and go while you're floating. Try not to let them distract you. The tank is huge. I thought I was going to feel claustrophobic, but that wasn't the case. The water was warm and soothing. Everything you need is provided - ear plugs, toiletries, towels. It was pricey, but with a membership the rates are lower. I recommend trying this at least once.

I was lucky enough to meet Johanne. She made my experience great. She did educate me on what exactly is going on with my face and how to prevent these things from reoccurring. Trust me, it was something I needed to hear from a professional. Her bedside manner is amazing & she is such a kind person. I will definitely be going back to her & also going to try the float center.

I have to preface my experience here with the fact that I have been to easily over 100 different massage therapists (I belong to two massage clubs) and scores of spas all over the world, to name noteworthy's Cezar's Palace in Vegas, Carson Hot Springs in Oregon, Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda, & Russian Bath house in NJ...and I am not an easy client to please. I really like deep tissue and most therapist just don't do that, even when they say they do.
