Updating my review as new services are available. I've been going here for years and it keeps getting better. They now offer cupping! Suzanne is amazing at knowing what massage/treatment is needed! I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and most importantly without the pain I walked in with. She adjusts pressure for different needs/preferences, and she's very accommodating so you feel most comfortable and get the best care. Her knowledge and passion show through in her techniques and ability to pinpoint trouble areas. Deep tissue massage, hot stones, cupping and more have helped me through surgeries, job-related tension, and injuries, promoting quicker recovery and reducing pain. The ambiance is very soothing and comfortable, from table warmers to soft music and warm lighting. Suzanne will adjust to ensure your needs are met. Best yet, these sessions have lasting results. Basically just rubbing oil everywhere for over a hundred dollars. After 1 hour had already passed, I asked politely if she could focus on the areas in my back I mentioned were tight the whole reason I was getting a massage and she was kind of defensive and said that my body was resisting the massage and she would end up hurting herself and me because she is petit, which I understand, but I have had no problem with any deep tissue massage before. The way she talked to me her tone left me feeling uncomfortable so I ended the massage early. I will return to my previous deep massage places instead. They are nicer there to their customers.

Suzanne is an amazing massage therapist! I've been going to her for almost 2 years now and I really appreciate the level of care that she puts into her work.Along with my regular routine visits, she's also helped me through two sports injuries and knows how to focus on the right areas to help me heal and feel in top shape. Suzanne is an amazing Massage Therapist. I've suffered from back pain for a long time and it has caused by back to become stiff. I had knots from my mid back all the way into my neck. She got them all. I was able to relax fully relax for the first time in awhile. I also appreciate that every time I go there that it is extremely clean and also very comforting. I always have such a great experience from the moment I walk in to when I walk out. I would recommend Hands with Heart to all my family and friends.
