        I wanted to get a couple of deadbolts rekeyed (so all house doors use the same key). Huge waste of time and money! First, their business hours listed here are wrong, their office is actually only open M-F. Also, when I showed up at 3:30 PM on a Monday, they were out to lunch (again, not mentioned here or on the website) so I had to wait around for half an hour. When I finally talked to someone, they now tell me the price is $35 / lock for rekeying! This is way more than it costs to just buy a kit to rekey them yourself! So instead of giving this company your business, buy a rekeying kit on Amazon, watch a 10 minute YouTube video on how to do it, and save your time and money.
