Myself and a group of mom's hired Cloud 9 for our 14 year old children's first high school Winter Ball. We were going to surprise the kids after dinner at the restaurant they were picked up at. They were to be picked up at 6pm. The driver was supposed to call me so I knew they were there and by 6:15, I still had no call so I went outside to check and see if they were there. Immediately, the driver Dolly came up to me and said she had been there since 6 and that she lost her phone somewhere between the gas station and restaurant and said that she didn't know how she was going to get around with no navigation. She asked to use one of our phones for the night. All of us parents had other children at home as well as needed our phones in case of any emergency with our children at the dance and we needed the children at the dance to have their phones. We were not comfortable sending our children with a driver that didn't know where she was going. I called the limo company to send a new driver and was told there were no other drivers available and that the managers were not in to give any discount for our inconvenience. I was unable to eat my own dinner with the group of parents and once I did it was cold and I ate in less than 5 minuets because I was trying to work it out to get our kids to the dance. We ended up sending one of our oldest kids with the driver to navigate with her phone to the dance and back to the house to pick up parents. This meant the older child also did not get to enjoy her dinner with the group as well. At the end of the night we also had to send one of the parents back with the driver to pick up the kids because again she did not know how to get beck to get them. This took an hour out of one of the parents time to go pick up the kids and she had to leave her younger child with someone and pick him up later past midnight because he couldn't stay home alone and he was sleeping. The driver also kept stating that she had been driving for 30 years but she still did not know where she was going. The driver also said she didn't see what inconvenience this was to us and that she was there and on time. She didn't even come in the restaurant to tell us she was there, I had to go look for her. The limo company eventually claimed that they would not offer any sort of discount for our inconveniences because our contract did not include GPS and that we could choose not to tip our driver if we didn't want to. This company took no responsibility for their driver and did not care one bit that we had to navigate the entire night ourselves. This was supposed to be easy for the parents to relax and not worry about driving the kids around all night. The complete opposite happened and we will not recommend or use Cloud 9 ever again. Taking no responsibility and giving a lame excuse as GPS is not included is unacceptable. I have never sat and had to navigate myself to a driver before, that defeats the entire purpose of hiring a driver in the first place.

Took a party bus with a group of guys and had a great experience starting from the beginning with the outstanding customer service from Melinda in the office. Driver was early and bus was clean and in excellent condition. Thanks Cloud 9
