We were looking for a place to challenge my 8 year old son in math as he was getting bored at school. We went in to meet with center director at Kumon, Noddin and immediately felt like it was the right fit for us. My son has been here for about 8 months and we have had the best experience. The director and all her staff are always available and very responsive in person and via email. They provide clear direction for class and homework. It has been very motivating for my son to pass through each level and learning he is ahead by a few grades in math. If you are looking for a positive, challenging environment for your kid, look no further.

Wonderful location to learn Math and Reading!!! My two kids love it here. We started 3 years ago and now the kids still enjoy learning at Kumon. Their Math and Reading levels are ahead of their classes. They feel more confident and happier when they go to school. Dr. Darahini runs the center well and I feel safe to have my kids learning at Noddin.

***** UPDATE *****I tried calling the number the owner has provided in this thread... they had no clue what I was talking about. Eventually they hung up.. *** original review *** My daughter has been going to this center since 2019 and she enjoyed the old management and teachers. We moved to Fremont midway and the old management let us continue the online classes and we didn't want to disturb the arrangement although we had many options (move to a new location at a way economical/cheaper price.. price was never our concern). There are many reasons why parents some times dont change the already good arrangement (be it researching again "OR" teacher/student rapport "OR" the loyalty that the center has really taught the kid well... ) For me all those were the primary reason why we didn't switch from an online remote arrangement to an in-class arrangement in new place. The price increases this year & we accepted happily as inflation kept costs up. After that the management changes & within a couple of months of management change, all of a sudden they feel they have a *** shortage of teachers only for online ***. Again, only online teachers are shortage. I dont mind if they honestly said online only classes are becoming expensive for them to maintain, but they chose to say indirectly that online only teachers are shortage. They gave us couple of nice options (which we had from day1) that I can commute from Fremont to los gatos to have the kid at their center, for which they have no shortage of teachers. What bothers me most is they barely gave a week's notice to transition to an in-class tutoring 'or' find an other center. I would leave it to their commitment to kids learning at this point. I dont mind if they come out honest that rising costs are making them to cut the online option & give us some transition time to adapt to it than saying you are literally kicked out in a week. No concern whether the kid is midway in her teaching level or almost at the end of the teaching level.. Do parents have to really shell out money, time & resources for this level of transparency & commitment ? I want to be honest & the call to course correct this issue with the management didn't go well and wish it had been a constructive discussion than a bad parting. I'm sorry it had come to this as I once felt this was the best center after touring many other centers.

My older daughter has been at this Kumon center since 2018 even though we stay almost 5 miles away and have 2 other Kumon centers on the way. There is a really good reason for that. Miss. Darshini's teaching philosophy is amazing and she has ensured that my daughter's interest in Kumon remains high. She is very flexible in agreeing to work with each child's individual personality and ability to handle load. My younger daughter also recently started at this center. Their hybrid and online only program is extremely well managed and the tutors are always attentive and helpful. My daughters look forward to chatting with Miss. Darlene who assigns them to their tutor for the day. We couldn't be more pleased with our online only classes since the start of the pandemic. Well done and keep it up, Miss. Darshini and team!
