Great shop for professional quality irrigation parts, and tools! Everything there is much better than what's available at typical hardware stores, including the help you can get from the staff. You won't even find a lot of the cool tools and parts that Ewing has if you shop at other stores. The only downside is that the computer system they ring you up on at Ewing stores isn't the fastest, but I can't give them a lower rating for that because the whole shopping experience is really hassle free and I still save tons of time by going there to shop. You can even order online and have them deliver to you.

I was looking for some large 6 inch irrigation piping, T reduction, and 45/90 degree elbows, which are not typically found at general home improvement store.I called stores around the San Jose Area, and spoke with lots of friendly and helpful customer service reps at every branch including the San Jose, and Campbell Stores. A gentleman I had previously talked to on my phone immediately knew who i was as I approached the  front desk. He helped me find every type of pipe on my list, and even offered to order ones that were out of stock too. After he brought the large 6 inch (20ft long) pipe to my company vehicle, he even help me tie down the pipes on top (and showed me trucker's hitch knots) to make sure the item was securely fastened before i left. This was one of most memorable and informative customer experiences as a first time customer. I told them that I would go on yelp and give them a 5/5 stars review, and true to my word - here I am. Ironically, I went to another place called Ferguson plumbing before visiting Ewing and the customer service at Ferguson was horrible. Not only did they did not ask me anything, but they completely ignored me even when I stood in line waiting for a sales rep, or front counter cashier, they completely ignored me. After 20 mins at Ferguson Plumbing, I simply decided to look for my 6" piping equipment myself and just quietly exited the premises and thought Ferguson was a complete waste of my time. Congrats to EWING for top notch customer service reps.
