Fantastic service and fantastic creativity. I took in several necklaces that needed repair in some way; some of them were nice costume jewelry that I liked and other were heirlooms from my grandmother, others were more recent gifts of fine jewelry and others some sterling silver necklaces from my travels. I needed different things done and all of them were done beautifully. The work is done with care, commitment, and creativity. I suggest you go in if you have any questions about how your jewelry could be repaired and talk it over. You will be very pleased with that visit.

I was really excited to find another bead store, but was very disappointed in this location. Hardly any inventory, and prices were too high. Barely any crystals or loose beads to choose from. Owner was nice, but I wasnt impressed.

I really wanted to like this place as I prefer to shop at local small businesses instead of big chain stores like Michael's...but unfortunately I couldn't shop there because it was closed despite the listed hours online and on the door. I'm sure it's a lovely place, but when a business is unreliable, it's easy to see why customers prefer to not waste their time figuring out if a store (really) is open and just head to a chain store. We aren't in COVID lockdown anymore, so it seems unreasonable to ask customers to always call before coming to a store. If you don't want to be open during your listed hours, it might help to just change your listed hours.I hate to have to leave a review like this, but per many reviews on Yelp and Google, it seems like a recurring problem. I hope the business owners see that people want to shop here, but we don't want to have to jump through hoops just to find out when you are actually open.
