The Truong family are master craftsman and have consistently delivered excellent customer service especially in areas of transparency and turnaround time. I recently got a loose 1mm diamond reset in my ring and despite my last minute arrival, Mr. David Truong was able to expertly fix my ring just before the mall closed. Besides fixing the loose diamond, he even tightened all the neighboring stones to ensure I didnt experience a mishap again. Their level of detail and consideration is unparalleled and I am so glad they are around.
