Terrible customer service! I cant log in or cancel my account. Not recommended!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service from Venmo. They promised a resolution within a week, but it's been multiple weeks now, and they still haven't bothered to respond to my emails. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no communication or updates. Avoid using Venmo if you value timely and efficient customer support.

Ive had PayPal acct since 2010. Disputed purchase and told to ship item back. I did. Sent ups tracking info to PayPal shows item returned. Still lost dispute and dont have item. Tried to reopen claim. Really poor business

An absolute joke of a company. I provided proof of sending product via USPS. Pictures and tracking number as well as confirmed delivery. Sided with the buyer and charged me fees. I will with zelle or venmo

After 12 years as a PayPal customer I can say....screw PayPal. I was hacked on 3/21/24 as well as two other innocent people that I don't even know. Their accounts were then linked to my paypal, along with the scammer's account. My PayPal was then used to pay bills of someone named Lashann S. They will not give me nor my credit card company, the proper information of the person who stole $300 from my credit card. She also stole over $600 from the 2 other victims as well. She made changes to my account and yet, I was not notified until AFTER the damage was already done. She even had the nerve to link her PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT to my paypal. I tried getting that information to notify the bank and yet again, I was told no. Yet, I had to jump through hoops to get my account back in order to try and file charges. I even gave them a police report and yet, they still refuse to give me any identifying information except for, the person's email. PayPal is even refusing to give my credit card company ANY private information that can be used in court cases. I'm trying to take legal action against her but, PayPal is being VERY shady. I will be closing my paypal account after this. It's sad when the scammers privacy is more important than my right to my money and to justice.
