        They seem to have a problem accomplishing administrative tasks that they are lawfully obligated to perform. I highly recommend that users document (photo copy) any forms sent to them and e-mail them rather than speak on the phone in case legal action needs to be filed against them for malfeasance. Refusal to perform/incompetence is not a legal defense if you must sue them for damages incurred.

        I was never in this business. I work at the college in the same building. However, I can say that every morning, there are people in not so nice street wear standing at the front door to check people coming in and they always give all of us dirty looks as we pull into the parking lot everyday.
