        We had a fire last year 04/22/2014 and we made the right decision to go with Kip. He showed up at my house the day after the fire happened and explained to me how hiring a public adjuster will help my claim with our insurance tremendously. Kip was very warm and knowledgeable. He called me to give me updates, he also understood how to work best with our insurance company. Another person was very helpful was Danielle. She is Kip's assistant, she always keep us in the loop and guide me through every step. Honestly we would not be where we are without the Martin Group. We will recommend Martin Group to anyone who has suffered a loss.
