Before he began his career with the Company he worked as a financial advisor at New York Life. Mathew was enticed to join AIL because of the products, the people, and the growth potential.I appeared as the Top Supervisor in the country one month and I couldnt believe it. I went to Convention and realized, even though I was in a small market territory, I was as good as everyone else across the country. People in the community started to look up to me. I became responsible for helping protect families and providing jobs. What a great feeling! Hang out with successful people and listen to your mentors. Challenge yourself to go outside your comfort zone. Work ethic is critical. No one can teach you determination; you have to be born with it.Mathews family is his number one priority, and he enjoys golf and sports. Mathew donates to the community and looks forward to being as successful with his philanthropic projects in California as he was previously in Ohio.
