The schedule for the office is from 8:30 to 5:30pm but the reason I changed my rating is because I waited from 4pm till 5:30pm, there was no sign that said "closed" so I thought "maybe they are still coming from lunch or something " I made phone calls to the office and waited one hour and 30 minutes outside the door. No happy at all with the service especially cause there was none during open hours
