James was great at explaining and breaking down my home owners policy. For any additional questions I had, he followed up with State Farm Legal and other areas to answer my questions. Only complaint is that autopsy is can't be set up easily online, but that's not company policy issue and not Ilda's team.

Ilda and her staff are very friendly and professional. They cover all my insurance needs from car to business to home, its all in one place and Ilda just makes it easier for us to understand everything on our policies.
