      image Worked with Fred G. He was supposed to help me get a plan through Covered CA. But he added some other items to the basic policy that increased my costs significantly. When I didn't want to get them, he seemed visibly agitated. When I declined the extra policy items and explained why, he said he was offended and wouldn't work with me. He basically refused to help me any further after I had spent over 90 minutes of my time. I'm guessing it's because he was losing out on some commission on these extras which I didn't feel were worth the extra premiums because I don't know why else he would suddenly quit on me. Very disappointing. I never could trust him and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else.
