I'm a transaction coordinator and have been using HomeGuard for inspections for a few years. I called to order an inspection one day and Tammy Hokes answered. She was extremely helpful with the order. She also informed me that I can also order home warranties with them, which I didn't know! If I need a quote, Tammy is quick with a response. She's always professional and polite. Tammy Hokes is the first person that I call at HomeGuard because I know that I will get top notch service. She's amazing!

Im a real estate broker. I ordered Termite and Home inspection for my listing in Saratoga. The inspector was very careless and missed the faulty AC and all the broken locks. I did share my experience with the office manager however he did not care to help. I do not recommend HomeGuard company. Apple Realty

This company is very professional and friendly. I am a real estate professional and have used them several times. Their work is very consistent. Their prices are competitive and they inspect in several counties. My clients have been pleased as well. You will be happy with their services also. Just try them and find out for yourself.

they are running an absolute sham! our water heater broke down and we had home guard home warranty. We tried to file a claim according to their process, neither did we hear back from for two days, nor will they approve a claim if you get the work done by another licensed contractor. Worst home warranty service, customer service.

A reasonable business - I am a new home owner and a user of the home inspection report that I personally did not pay for (because the seller did). I received the report and closed the home and was initially upset that there was a photo which indicated that the inspector could not perform the inspection of that bathroom since there were items in the room. I called HomeGuard and Priscila C was very helpful (the rep). She explained that it was for legal reasons that the inspector could not move things. I did not pay for the report but since I was the home owner, Priscila understood and provided me with a free inspection of the bathroom. I appreciate that Homeguard is a very responsible corporation. Should I need to sell my home in the future, they will definitely be my trusted inspectors. Additionally, Ryan (inspector) was kind, on-time, and provided explanation of all the findings.
