Comfort Keepers Home Care

I had a great experience with Comfort Keepers and would absolutely use them again and recommend them! I had an outpatient procedure which required supervision after I was released from the hospital. I am new the area and live alone so I did not have any family or friends to do this for me. I called Comfort Keepers and they organized everything I needed. They even accommodated a last minute change from the hospital. Everything went perfectly the day of the procedure. They are great!

I have been using Maria as my caregiver for months now. I've had others there, but she is by far their best. It's the little things that make Maria unique. She is very attentive and caring and makes me feel special. The time we spend together is very important to me, and I will continue to use her.

I have been looking for some help with my husband after his heart surgery. Comfort Keepers was able to find me someone I could trust. Sherry is a perfect companion for my husband for almost a year now. She helps with some of his personal grooming and takes walks with him twice a week. Thanks for finding me a responsible and caring person.

This is an update to my review that I posted previously... Their services have been amazing over the time we have used them. These folks have come through in situations where I don't know what I would have done without them. I will always appreciate how they came through for the family and were there for my folks. They were always there when I needed them. Yes...I highly recommend this Comfort Keepers crew! (Below is the previous review that I just updated) These folks are really helping out the family. I have been truly impressed by the caregiver's ability to "roll with" various situations. Having them "keeping an eye" on the folks to make sure they are alright has been incredibly helpful. Ruth, one of our caregivers was fantastic when I needed a team approach to dealing with an issue with one of my parents. She was certainly there for him...and me. I really appreciate what they do for my parents. Great service!

The caregiver did not show up and no one has contact me. I tried to find out was is going and I am not getting any response. Staff is not responsive to emails or returning call. Renne, in response to your comment below, I did discuss this issue with you. You took two hours after I had called to follow up on where the caregiver and if she or he was going to show up. Your lack of care on how this effects peoples lives and the real life repercussions as I was an hour and a half late to my meeting with my client. This was a great embarrassment and has effected my reputation. You are the reason I have canceled our services. In addition, we have had prior conversations about notifying of someone at s not showing. This should not be an out of the ordinary request, but it was never honored.
