Barsin provides a very responsive and prompt turnaround when I reached out. He's very knowledgeable and professional. My furnace stopped working and I needed a professional to determine what was wrong with it. He showed up on time and informed me he was on his way before the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he was ready to address the problem I had. I am so glad I found his services on Yelp. He also gave me great tips about my furnace and how often to replace my filter. As a new homeowner, I was clueless as to what is what when it comes to HVAC. If you ever run into an error issue on your thermostat or heater isn't working or anything related to HVAC, Barsin is your go to person!

I can't say enough good things about HVACERZ. I have had them install new HVAC units, and service old ones and been very satisfied every time. Timely scheduling, showing up on time, very knowledgeable, highly skilled in trouble shooting and diagnostics, courteous and honest technicians. Very reasonable pricing as well. I highly recommend them.

I have a wonderful house in SJ which I was lucky to buy 2 years ago. The furnace was 20+ years old, so it needed replacing. I spoke to a number of contractors before them and I was not comfortable with many of them. With this company from the first quote Barsin was amazingly professional. He went over the options, was friendly, and did not push me on anything. The price was excellent.The installation work was done as promised. Nahira and John were timely and professional. Two months later I am quite satisfied with their work, enjoying the heat when I was cold a year ago. I plan on working with them because the AC condensor needs moving and replacing.They also arranged a duct test and were present during the city inspection. All my interactions with them were professional and friendly. They seem very trustworthy.After dealing with different contractors, you first always have to ask the most important question - Do I trust this person on my house and property? Be careful of those who are not professional and have bad reviews. Do your homework by reading all the reviews. For those of you who are women and/or live alone, it is even more important to be extremely careful. There are a lot of people you don't want to be dealing with inside your house.I can say that my experience with HVACerz was faultless, and I would use their services again without hesitation.

My heater started making a strange sound right before Christmas.  They came out same day, and returned the next day to fix it.  I found them fair and open, showing me the problem that was clearly visible to the eye.  Friendly and professional all the way around.  I would recommend this company to everyone!

Our air conditioner stopped working back in June 2022. We called HVACerz and the they responded quickly and professionally. Nahira and his co-worker were very thorough and informative. Nahira came back repeatedly over a few days, because we had an intermittent problem, until he was able to fix it. They were very professional and cordial. Six months later, HVAC system has been working great ever since their work was completed. Their advice for maintaining the system was very helpful, too. I highly recommend them.
