I went here last week for a haircut. I am part of the unlimited program and pay monthly for haircuts. Before I got my haircut, I asked the stylist if this location participated in the unlimited program and she said yes. After she cut my hair, she said this location isn't part of the program and charged me $25. I wouldn't have gone to this location if she told me this store wasn't part of the program. The haircut was not very good either. I has asked for a refund, but this store will not refund me. Service: Haircut

Too expensive($22) for mens hair cut for the mediocre job. And they dont even accept super cuts coupons. Not sure why they are even named super cuts and in the chain. Went for a basic hair cut which they are not able to do properly. From behind where my hair ends at neck, it was curved on one side and squared on other. My wife had to fix it once I was home. Will never return.

I asked for 0 beard and side without cutting my long hair , they took a good portion of my long hair , over charged me for hair and beard and asked for a tip . If the barber cant even cut hair right and follow a straight line , why call them a barber .
