Our HOA hired Servpro for mold remediation in our condo. Sal was fantastic! He was both thorough with the investigation and careful with the demolition to preserve as much as he could. Id highly recommend this team.

Jeremy did a great job removing the black mold that had grown in our leaky skylight. He was very informative in terms of what needed to be done and very easy to work with. He also inspected the leak repair (that had been done by another company), to ensure it was fixed before he completed the mold removal. Very thorough and professional.

Jeremy Mangano has done many large scale projects for us and has been incredibly professional during the process-from always showing up promptly and explaining what he was doing to recommending things that would enhance our living conditions immensely. He made us feel quite confident by demonstrating a great deal of knowledge & a strong work ethic as well.

I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Jeremy Mangano is worth noting. It's never easy watching your walls and ceiling being demoed (due to rain damage), but Jeremy brought to the table, along with his tools, a total sense of calmness and professionalism. Jeremy also went above and beyond what was expected by helping me with a door compressor issue. It was totally unexpected and appreciated. Finally, Jeremy was extremely patient with my questions and concerns about the restoration process. I never felt rushed asking him questions. Jeremy's overall professionalism is exactly what a customer needs in a high impact, stressful situation. ServPro is very fortunate to have a contractor like Jeremy who is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. Thanks, Jeremy!
