I chose Prestige Home Improvement and they exceeded my expectations. We had some water damage from the Condo above. We decided to add on to the project and update the floors throughout the house and upgrade the kitchen. We’re in a small Condo and we had work done in every room. Other contractors said that we would have to move out. Tony allowed us to stay and they worked “around” us and coordinated with our schedules. They started the day they said they’d start and finished earlier than expected. 3 – 4 guys came every morning at 8:30 and cleaned up every day before they left up until the project was complete. They were great. Tony’s obvious goal throughout was customer service. We had some issues with a refrigerator we ordered not fitting and he engineered around this to make sure everything was perfect. He helped us choose materials throughout. He had his guys do extra such as painting all the doors in the house – without passing along the cost to me. He took on everything, including plumbing, tile work, painting, flooring, kitchen remodeling and fixing all the sheetrock. He told me many times that he just wanted me to have a beautiful home. He said that when he works on your home, it’s like he’s working on his home. He really cares that you are satisfied and happy with the result. The end result was more beautiful than I had imagined and he stayed within our budget. He also told me that this is a lifetime guarantee. If anything is to go wrong, just give him a call. He believes in building relationships. I’ve heard many horror stories about working with Contractors. I can’t say enough about Tony and his crew. They did the whole kitchen,cabinets,counter top ,ceiling ,from plumbing to final finish . they did reflooring,replacing master bed room shower ,hall ways and another room . Tony the owner and his crew are very nice,honest ,they know what they do .Their price was very reasonable .they changed my 34 years house like brand new .I am sure you will be happy to ask them to do any construction,remodeling ,addition or whatever your house need .They came from San Jose to Gilroy to do the job .I can say (they drove a little and I saved a lot ) .Thank you Tony .Majid-Mortezaei
