Out of all these reviews I have to be honest. They have been very nice to me. I never been late past the 10 day grace period on my Lexus. And Juan, he is the best!!!!!! He knows me as MT-1370 😉 but overall they have been good to me for the whole 3year loan so they alright with me

These people are extremely rude. They call my work without even attempting to call my cell phone first. They call me if my payment is not in their office the day that it is due. This will escalate into more than just a bad review.

I hate this company, they are so irritating. They send too many notices even w/o no owed money. Then my mom passed away 9/2017 and I was late $100 and they harass you. Calling my phone like 7x in a row?? Are you serious? Then the company is soooooo out dated with no app, no website, no direct deposit payments. Not to mention my high ARP which they DON'T refinance. It's like what is the benefit of being with this company? Don't do business with this company, they take your money and there's no advancement in credit score. You would think all they money they are taking they would invest it into better convenient service.

There only getting one star because I was able to drive off the lot. So I've had my car for almost 2 years now ... I only with with my car because the car company told me if I finanace and pay my payments on time, my credit would go up and I'd be able to get a new car by trading the old one in. Turns out A-L hasn't reported to my credit and I am unable to follow through with my initial plan. In addition to that, the car I bought is only worth 8k dealer charged 8,999 and I'm paying and a total of 15.5k that almost 100% interest. In addition to that, they have no compassion or sympathy if ever you're going through financial trouble no matter the reason (death, work related injury, etc.). They just want money. They aren't really helping you, they're hurting you. They take advantage of those in need.
