The absolute most horrible. We had a video appointment at 10am. Mom was online in the app at 9:55. The girl came online at 10:15 and said we are cancelled!!?! I called her out they are unprofessional and she effing hung up on me, acting like we were wrong. Steer clear of them. Such jerks.

I wish I could do less than one star ! I was sick I called them to visit my doctor they said they dont have any appointments until next 10 days !!!! Except video visit !!!!how they can visit me without checking my ears or throat? They want to charge you and insurance !thats it , They dont care about patients Its wired This was not my first time !!! Update : they discharged me from this location because I asked for prescription refills, and because of this review for sure They gave me the wrong prescription and I gained 20 pounds so getting more depressed Very rude staffs and a knowledgeable doctors and physicians Avoid to go to this office as they hurts your feelings as well you trust them and they hurt your feelings

Ive now seen TWO doctors here, Dr. Lewis and now Dr. Haggerty. Ive received excellent care and attention and look forward to partnering with them on my health in the years to come.

office staff are so impolite and rude ! the do not care about your health , they just care about charging insurance and charge you ! no positive result at all ! after 15 minutes they are not listening to you , they are cutting you to go out I wish I could give less than one star

Last year when I called them, they told me that all annual check up was booked up for next two months. So my annual check up was delayed by two months. Today is 8/1/22 , I just called the office for Oct appointment, they told me all appointments are booked till December . Im very upset about this delay, I will leave this Stanford Health Care as soon as I find another doctor office.
