Art came out and fixed the alignment of my treadmill and got it performing great!! He gave me tips to keep up with the maintenance that the manual I had or the online community for my product didn't share. It pays to have the experts who have done this for YEARS help! The rate was reasonable and he didn't just do a quick fix. He was meticulous about getting the alignment right. He also came out within days of my message. So grateful for the accommodation!

I was looking for a adjustable bench today and was helped by Rob. He is friendly, attentive, and the bench he showed me was everything I was looking for! I bought it on the spot and he was nice enough to wheel it out to my car in the next parking lot over.Also while we were waiting for the bench box to be ready, he showed me some powerblocks. Once I'm ready for those, I'm definitely coming back to pick some up. Thanks Rob!

I called Art and had made an appointment for him to swing by to check out our old treadmill. It was going back and forth from manual mode to cardio on its own during mid runs. He was extremely friendly and listened to my problems, told me a fair price for coming to our home to diagnose and to repair if possible. This was a Tuesday when I called and he was going to swing by Friday. Magically my treadmill decided it'll work again of course, so I called Thursday and left him a message that we don't need the appointment. He had texted me the original confirmation appointment via text and I had completely forgotten about that. Instead of calling and leaving a message, I should have texted him as well. Poor Art came by Friday for the appointment and I turned him away as our treadmill is back to normal. All in all, I know this review isn't for the repair job but I wanted to give him a shout out that he is reliable and extremely nice. Give them a call if you ever need help with your exercise equipment!

My wife and I visited last weekend. We were greeted by Rich. Rich worked with our son to set him up with a garage gym. Rich listened to his workout goals and suggested a half rack, bench, and Olympic weight set.Rich wrote up the quote and in a few days, his delivery crew set up the equipment in our garage. The crew was very professional and completed the setup in about one hour! The crew apologized for a small tear in bench after unboxing. The crew called Rich and in a few days, his assistant Tina, stopped by our house to deliver the replacement bench, just as promised.Rich, Tina, and the delivery crew provided the best possible customer experience any customer could ask for!We were happy to support a local business and I am glad did not purchase from Amazon or Rogue Fitness.
