We used Bob’s Bobcat service to remove my pool. Robert Ashby (Bob) was very professional. He came to our house with a presentation of what goes on in the removal of pool. He had pictures of previous removals that he had done. He explain the process, and options we had. He estimated the cost per option. We choose to have the pool completely removed and the soil replaced and conditioned so that we could build it in the future. He set up a time schedule for removal. He set up a schedule of progress payments. He removed the pool, hot tub, and pool equipment. He supplied and conditioned all the fill. He got all permits required, and scheduled all inspections. Upon completion of removal he leveled the yard. He did a complete job on time and within quoted price. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend Bob to anyone that is considering any type of excavation work.

I have been referring my real estate clients and co-workers to Bob's Bobcat Service for years, primarily for pool removal. This year I had the occasion to use him for my own pool removal. I was extremely pleased with the job and how thorough he was. My neighbors were especially pleased that every day before he left he swept the street and sidewalks to make sure there was as little dirt and dust as possible. He was always pleasant and responsive when we had questions about the job. All in all a great experience. I had 3 bids, he was the most reasonable and written professional written bid. No delays and done on time!
