I took a gi here to have 2 patches sewn on. It was $20 and which is a bit high but not unreasonable. However, the patch came half off after one use. I returned to the business and showed them, but they wanted an additional 15 to reinforce the sewing. $35 to have 2 patches sewn on is rediculous. I have it done for $15 at numerous other places.

Absolutely do not do business with this establishment!
I had my suit cleaned and pressed, was scheduled to come in the next day to pick it up.
I came in and they said that my name wasn't in the system.
They didn't even bother looking for my clothes!
Well that's strange...I literally saw the lady put me in her system to print my invoice when I came in earlier.
Turns out she logged me in as someone else.
That very same lady lied to my face, saying that it was a co-worker of hers that logged me in and made the mistake.
She showed no sign of remorse or sympathy, took my money at full price.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and shady business practices will be all you get here.
