Signed my kid up for the first time and requested lunch. Received a call an hour later that my child was acting out. Come to find out that they DID NOT feed my child. No wonder he is misbehaving. They are starving my 3-year-old and charging me for it! They would NOT give me a refund for the lunch they DID NOT feed him, telling me it was TOO BAD. This place is a joke.

I wish there was anything below 1 star. This was my second time taking my kids to this place and the first time I did not encountered any problems. Today, there was one very rude lady there. So this is what happened at the checkout time. I paid for the time my kids stayed there but they will not give me kids. I waited for about five minutes being very patient with the employees of the kidspark. Just in case they were busy so I gave them the benefit of doubts. To my surprise, this rude lady start to help customers who came after me but my children were still inside and I am waiting. So this employee helps the lady who came after me and the lady paid and she took her kid but I am still waiting. I said excuse me can I get my kids and she said you have to wait. I said I have already paid so what was the hold up? She said that I was being inpatients. Mind you I waited over five minutes after I paid and she helped someone who came after me and she told me I am not patient. What I think happened was that I had the wrong skin color because the person who got help who came after me happened to be white and I am not white. I cannot think any other reason. I also ask for her name and she said they don’t give their name. If she cannot give me her name then how can you trust her with your kids? Very poor customer services and not well trained to handle the job properly. This lady was very disrespectful and not qualified to work at kids zone.
