The "Cooking With Bourbon 101" with chef Marc was a great experience, the chef was really nice and helpful. Also, the food that we made tastes fantastic and I will keep making that dish for my family and friends.

Joni has a ton of experience and made coming into our home a very fun, comfortable experience where the learning was endless! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.

My husband and I took a cooking class (Vietnamese Cuisine) with Chef Roger--he is the BEST!!! An enthusiastic teacher, amazing/creative chef, and completely accommodated my dietary needs. His use of fresh, local (some from his backyard gardens!), and HIGH quality ingredients made our experience incredible. He was kind and patient and helped us learn cool hacks/techniques that will really enable us to replicate these dishes at home. We will DEFINITELY be using Cozymeal again--and 100% taking more classes with Chef Roger!

Took an Italian class with Chef Joni as a team building / holiday luncheon with my coworkers. Had an amazing time bonding with coworkers and learning different knife cuts. Minced garlic, chiffon basil, cleaned and broke up mushrooms, got down and floury with the pasta dough when turning dough into pasta. We made fettuccine and a macaroni / rigatoni hybrid of some sort. Alfredo was TOO cheesy for me, since I think the part I got the cheese wasn't evenly melted. But the Ragu that was made was very good. Needed more pasta.. so when I had taken some left overs, I went home and boiled some trusty Safeway pasta box and mixed in the left over ragu for dinner for my family. =) Tiramisu was good, very boozy & could have had a little more lady fingers in there. But it was all preference by my coworkers who made it.
