I was in a bad place. I was being accused of domestic violence, drug abuse and child neglect. This had a very negative effect on my life because I'm in the military. My ex-gf had cheated on me with one of my best friends and to make matters worse, she kept my son away from me. I did everything necessary to fight for my child, as all the accusations were untrue. Mr. Berki was actually my 2nd lawyer I hired because my firs pair did not do anything for me. I sought out Mr. Berki, and told him about my case. I felt comfortable and surprised by his eagerness to help me. I think it helped that he was a prior military member, as well. Either way, his willingness to win and seek out the best for me was enough for me to hire him. All my questions were answered within a few hours and always kept me informed of the situation. Long story short, Mr. Berki is a straight shooter, who will fight for you and always keep your interests at the forefront of his efforts. If I ever have legal problems in the future, I already know who I'm going to call. Thank you again, Mr. Berki. My son and I will always appreciate your work.

Awful customer service! He represented me for my traffic citation case. Didn’t ask a single question regarding the case or what results I was hoping for. When I emailed him to follow up, he never replied. One week passed, I called him to ask what’s going on, he said he’ll go to court for me on certain date. I thanked him, he still didn’t ask anything. On the morning (around 8:30 am) of the court, he called me on my cell phone. I missed his call. He left me a voice mail regarding what my wishes were. I was able to call him back shortly after, but he didn’t pick up. I left him a voice mail stating what my wishes were. Didn’t hear from him again until a week later until I received his letter saying I need to pay for my citation. Basically he didn’t do anything for me! I won’t recommend him at all!!
