First off, cold called me on an early Sunday morning. But he was nice and I needed stuff done, so I agreed to an estimate. Then the follow up questions on the call weren't necessary. Such as "How many people own the home?" I need an estimate, not a realtor. Estimate cancelled. Not a one star because he's working hard, cold calling on a Sunday.

This company engages in telemarketing and they lack the ability to take people off their call list. It is unethical to support this business.

I received a call from this company for general repairs and an estimate. I was thinking of putting a deck in so I agreed. This is like a used car salesman service. First the man who showed up wanted 1,000 for a design and then to present it to the county for approval before he could give me an estimate. I told him that made no sense. Then I wanted to ask about composite wood but he didn't know what I meant. It turns out we cant have composite woof because of the weight bearing (that was the one and only thing I found out). After 45 minutes, I told it would be 25,000 for the lowest priced deck without measurements. We had another estimate a few years ago for 10,000. Ridiculous.
