if you are thinking about working here i advise you not to from my own experience, this company is just unbelievably disappointing of how it managed and how it runs, first off they really dont care of your wellbeing and safety aslong as you get the job done, and Joel which is Daniel (the owner of RCC/BGM) son is very rude and never complements you for your work, him and Aldo (Supervisor) only demand you more work if you are a hard worker if your not they dont even bother you, they also allow supervisors to date co-workers they just keep under the table and act like nothing is going on, wich in the future causes nothing but a bad look towards the company and altercation with the other co-workers and to make things even worst the Human resources lady is realatives with Joel and Daniel so if you have a problem with them theres no way you will win and eventually will make up an excuse to let you go, and if you ask for a transfer to another location even if for any reason you think your life is at risk or in danger they will not even acknowledge your wellbeing and just lie to you until something happens, again im saying this from my own experience this is the worst company i worked for and i worked for pretty bad employers but this is the one that left surprised of how it was ran, regardless of how much hard work you put in and overtime they just take advantage of one and kick you in the behind at the end of the day. if there was a -5 rating i would put it on here, You should be ashamed of Your son Joel, Daniel.
