I was there to use my hot cash coupons , the guy in the cashier told me, I can only use 4 of them at a time , I had 5 of them. The other time I was there I was told I can only use one at a time , it because more expensive to shop there , not much of a deal . Plus you have to pay taxes, they need to say all the rules on the Hot cash it self ,
