1. Bad customer service. I read some comments here, and i just experience the same. 2. Not professional. I told them my sim card is not working properly. I can only make phone call but no data service. They just tell me to replace the sim card without any testing. So they can make money.

WORST customer service ever. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I ordered a replacement phone for my husband, I called ahead of time to make sure it had arrived and was available for pick up and they told me yes. About an hour later we went in to pick up the phone and they would not release it because of a "system problem" and that they had to cancel my order. I then had to call the 1800 customer service number and place a new order with them. While we were waiting their was a man purchasing a Google pixel that was being advertised for $499, but when they rang him up they were trying to charge him $799, the man then told them that it was advertised at $499 and the person that was ringing him up told him "I don't care, it's $799 do you want it or not " the man then asked him To speak to the manager and the tmobile employee just said he's busy. This is False Advertising on top off horrible customer service I would not recommend this store whatsoever. The tmobile employee 's name that was "helping" us is Carl. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE.
