We had booked and received a confirmation for a 6-day rental of a Toyota Highlander, and on the day we went to pick up the vehicle we were told that our car was not available. All our plans were contingent on the car, so this changed everything! Lyft promised to make up for for our troubles but its been a week and weve heard nothing. They didnt even refund the money that we paid to get there in a Lyft - another offer made by them.
Lyft offers attractive, competitive rates that catch your attention. Book your car, but have a backup plan with a more reliable company. Its probably a good idea to call them to confirm your booking except that they dont have a number to call. Lol.
