        The review below was from two years ago. Virgil retired and sold the business. The new owners haven't a clue what they're doing. They do not respond to phone messages. They do not respond to emails. Corporate seems to have trouble getting them to respond. In short, complete turn around. Avoid this business and go else where until the new owners sell. The technicians are still pretty great. Too bad the new owners can;t match them. ================================================= What a great experience working with these folks! They were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The price was less than I thought of would be. Installation was to notch. The crew was really great. They had the patience to train Mom and make sure she felt comfortable and safe. Thank you Julie & Virgil and everyone at 101mobility.
