Had an incredible experience with Chivo and Jelly assisting during my haircut. I needed some who would be a bit more advance than last time and Chivo was the right choice. Thank you again and definitely will be visiting again.

This used to be a great spot initially, but the quality is long gone from the rude receptionist, Rosa, selectively turning down clients based on her liking to the circus behind the wait room. There is a fairly big staff but they multi task and don't seem to focus much on customers waiting too long down service.  Someone please talk to Rosa, she says she has been working here 6 years and hates her job! Well that doesn't work well for anybody ,,,, cheer up and get a life that makes you happy and it's probably not in customer service.

Worst instructors. They don't direct students how to approach and ask to customers about required cut but when customer tries to share it with student in a cordial way, the teacher gets upset. I ended up waking in the middle of hair cut to another barber down  the street. Waste of time .. don't visit and risk

Students are great But instructors are the worst. one can notice students hard work and questions.. however instructors don't take any efforts to understand what customers are trying to communicate with students and end up getting an incomplete haircut.. Teachers especially are very bad and impatient that they ruin the whole learning atmosphere.. won't recommend it to anyone..
