Charged $230 and waited 2 days for them NOT to fix my car. My second incompetent encounter with them. I think I have finally learned.

I dropped my car on Friday ___ for a repair to be done and was told I'd be ready by the following Friday. I called in to ensure it'd be ready for pick up only to be told that my car wasn't ready yet and wouldn't be until the following week. Turns out that Dave, the manager, hit my car causing there to be more damage than what the initial repair needed. Not sure why I wasn't called by anyone to let me know of what was going on. Very unprofessional from their part. Was also told he would take care of my rental and didn't. Enterprise reached out to me multiple times in regards of said rental. At the time of it being returned, he charged me $100 out of my $500 deductible, which I believe shouldn't of occurred due to the inconvenience I had to go through for something which was their fault. To top of off, items were missing from my vehicle's center console. I know that when you drop off your car you sign and are let known that they are not responsible of any missing items but there should be some proper work ethic in such a reputable and professional work place.
