Great group of people at this firm! They are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. I had a few concerns regarding my case and they quickly put my mind at ease. I felt that they actually cared about me as an individual and not as just another case. Even if I wasn't able to access Steven directly, one of his associates would always get back to me promptly.

The accounting person was simply rude and slow in response. She never sent me the detailed invoice and kept all my retainer at the end. It was a limited scope agreement but at least they should have sent me an invoice. After the matter was changed to the SOC, they simply blocked me and could never reach out to the attorney. Not recommend at all.

The Law Offices of Steven Dinneen helped me through an obvious troubling time during not only a divorce but through a pandemic/court closure,etc. Steven and his team were responsive, knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. In a time of uncertainty his team put me at ease, worked diligently towards a favorable outcome and never lost focus of my goals and what I wanted to accomplish through the process. My trust in them extended to another issue regarding probate for my mother’s estate which they happily and are successfully handling. I’m very happy with their service and their professionalism.

Had a simple request that should have taken 2 weeks. A month later, still incomplete, unanswered and does NOT care. Update, they just responded....11 months later from my original review. And I would like to respond to them, I stand by my review, my attorney needed to send multiple emails to get a response from you, you do not return phone calls in a timely manner, you do not respond to client emails in a timely manner. Their work was sloppy. You did not represent me, you represented my fiancé.
