The absolute worse attorney I’ve ever experienced .He has a Napoleon complex is abusive never available to meet in person and discuss the case I met him once when I hired him and dropped the ball on my case 15 months in without having done one thing on my behalf including sending a settlement demand when I Asked him to do so 12 months prior. In Sept after being Hit in January and driving a total Lexus for nine months a( totaled Lexus with the door hanging off) he calls me and says the are offering $ 1800 for my car But refused to say the car was totaled though I had given two estimates to the insurance company for almost $9000 just in damages.Scott threatened me that if I did nit take what the insurance offered when they came in at $1800 for a Lexus ( yes I just said a Lexus) he was dropping my case. Called his bluff and said I’m not taking $1800 for a Lexus feel free to drop the case .He also wanted me to give the car up to Allstate without being paid And defer the $1800 . I took matters into my own hands and Went straight to the CEO of Allstate and was able to secure the low bluebook value for my car and had a check overnighted to me .Last week without my knowledge or consulting me And without having all my records Scott Seabaugh decides to put in settlement demand to What he told me Couple a weeks before would be for at least $100,000 and if They didn’t “play ball with him “he was going after the full $300,000 policy of the girl who hit me . The same day Allstate offered a lowball $ 3000 .00 Scott called me and said if didn’t take the offer he was dropping the case the same day. Mind you I’ve spent more than $4000 out of pocket not to mention the horrific injuries I sustained during the accident And being hospitalized five times in the last year.Scott Seabaugh Is a poor excuse for a lawyer he’s unethical he is abusive and I’m certain I’m not the first complaint that the board has gotten about him. Beware!!!!!

I love this Attorney he is one of the best I know in the whole Silicon Valley I wish he did other cases I would never have to worry about him taking care of it your the best #1 in my book Thank you Scott
