We used this firm for export classification. We recently changed law firms and our cost has dropped in half for the same classification work. Minutillo will bill you for everything including things they do not provide.
If you choose to use them, beware of the errant billing. As far as their work, time will only tell.
The arrogance is just beyond what I have experienced dealing with hundreds of different law firms over the last 25 years. Not a fan.
