I've been a painter and took up pottery 3 years go. I have taken classes consistently at Foothill college, but recently moved to Black Bean. It has an amazing space, tools, kilns, and instructions. I have met a numerous artists there and Black Bean creates a relaxing, friendly, wonderful atmosphere. My only regret is why I didn't sign up at Black Bean sooner. It's certainly the best place for artists and hobbyists alike.

I love Black Bean, the members are great. The art in the gallery is amazing and Will and Ruben are great instructors.
