        His knowledge was great. Instead of just saying "you need to replace this part" he took the time to look at the part and found my washing machine pump was clogged he unclogged it. He could of said I will need to order a pump and charge for the part and the time to come back but he actually fixed it!!! VERY COOL!! Most repair people just throw parts and $$ at it. He did this all in 1 hr. Bill
