Las Ventanas Apartments

These are nice subsidized apartments that are well maintained and modern. They include four large buildings that can feel like you're living in a hotel. Having to recertify every year to qualify to live here is a bummer. However, overall it's a nice place to live, at a better price than other complexs.

The maintenance staff does and absolutely wonderful job! You do have to make sure your car is locked because it will broken into if it's not. Security only checks to see if someone is illegally parked unfortunately. The office staff is overall okay with the exception of Erica. Erica is horrible and unfortunately she is a manager so alot of time you have to go through her. Just note she is rude, will interrupt you, conceded, narcissistic and mean. Essentially, she doesn't possess the skills needed to recognize her own incompetence.

I like the way I have my own space and I have more privacy to. But I don't like the way I do not have much parking lot for my caregivers

The management is horrible especially Erica not sure why they keep her on that place she doesn’t know how to threat people she is mean unprofessional rude and not kind. I have been in the apartment when the management is good they work with resident but this people they just treating you like you leave for free I think it’s because subsidies housing they trying to take advantage of that and treat people so rudely Over all I won’t recommend anyone here the place is not good for parking if you have a guest forget it it’s not possible the building and the tow company work together the manager might get commission when the tow company to take your car no mercy. That is why they love to two the car I wish they switch to different management I am wondering who is on top of Erica, she has no manner how you can complain about her ?
