I really do love the clothes here and everything, it's so cute and inexpensive, but some of the jackets and purses/backpacks aren't but that really doesn't bother me. However, two days ago (7/19/16) I bought a beautiful pair of green skinny jeans that were on sale and once I came home, I found a hole and one of those belt holder things ripped off. I'm still waiting for them to open, so I can give them a call to see if I can exchange them. It would be devastating if I can't. :(
