We went to the store looking for a new brand for a Panerai as a Christmas gift in early Dec. The sales person (Ms Tran) was to follow up with us 3 business days after our visit. We are yet to hear from her a month later. Christmas has come and gone. Would not recommend this store to anymore. Much much better service in Italy. Worth the trip and save on VAT.

Felt very welcome when getting into the Boutique, The Team here is very enthusiastic , professional and creating the different experience for me even when I said needed more time to decide purchasing!!

I went to this location to have my Panerai strap changed. However, a very rude doorman slammed the door in my face saying that the customer inside would take the rest of the day (so, they were done for that day). He advised me to go to Tourneau instead. Indeed, I went to Tourneau (which happens to own that Panerai/IWC boutique) and had the strap changed (they charged me for it). At the time I was leaving, I saw another customer waiting at the door of the boutique. That makes me think that the rude doorman was selecting who he thinks can enter the store or not (for whatever reason he thinks is a potential buyer). The employees of that boutique are rude and very selective (treating people in disdain). It's not the first time that I was treated with such disregard at this particular location.
