        I have loved this place for my lunchtime Pho for the past 3 years. But of late, the quality has steadily been declining. The broth is still the best around but the noodles have been bottom of the barrel - broken and scant. Sometimes we get basil sometimes we get Cilantro, lemons instead of limes. Portions smallerwhats up Golden Flower??!
