U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center at Candlestick

I had a terrible service today when returning a rental truck at the Bayshore Blvd location. This was my first time using Uhaul and was not informed of where to return the vehicle. I went to park the truck where I initially picked it up from Dwayne Johnson approached me and asked me what Im doing and I told him I was returning the truck. He gave sarcastic remarks and rolled his at me when I genuinely did not the protocol. He gave terrible service and when I asked why he was acting this way, he said he didnt ask to be doing this and that he has a disrespectful daughter just like me. I told him to have more patience and that his daughter has nothing to do with me. I was completely baffled and was not expecting things to escalate and get so personal on his end. I understand everyone has bad days but there should be some level of understanding if someone is lost and needs help instead of bashing someone and insinuating they do not want to be at work. Hope Mr. Johnson provides better customer service for others because I had a terrible first experience with Uhaul and will not be a returning customer.
