Tataki Sushi and Sake Bar

Tataki is my favorite sushi restaurant. Not only is it sustainable, it's vegetarian-friendly, and its sushi rolls are superb. The stand-outs are the specialty rolls. The flavors are synergistically combined and balanced, ingredients very fresh, and not too much rice... The regular rolls (futomaki, arctic char/avocado) are excellent as well.

Decent number of vegetarian options. We ordered Nasu Agebitashi, Agedashi Tofu, veggie tempura roll, Harvest moon speciality roll from the vegetarian options. And crunchy spicy tuna roll and crunchy California roll. It was our first time trying Nasu Agebitashi and it was delicious. Agedashi Tofu wasn't like what we have eaten in other Japanese restaurants tofu wasn't dipped into the sauce so it didn't have a lot of flavor, but I enjoyed eating it with one of the sauces (ginger sauce) they had given with the dish. I personally don't like tuna a lot and order spicy tuna roll to slightly subdue the fishy taste but this one was not at all spicy. Their crunchy California roll was so fresh. Loved their harvest moon speciality roll.
