Float Matrix

After using Reboot this place felt ghetto. Not only did I not get my own private room (curtains as partitions and yes you can hear other ppl) the tank itself was very old & resembled a industrial freezer. The WORST part- it smelled like MILDEW! I could hear other ppl getting in & out of their tanks & ended up cutting my session short about 25 min in. I don’t know how this place gets amazing reviews? Maybe people need to experience the accommodations at REBOOT. Or I got suckered into the ghetto group room? Regardless, the rank Odor of mildew was disgusting that I’ll never recommend or go back.

The float tanks are great. If your over 6ft tall like me you will need to center yourself or you will bump the sides. The place is in the lower level of the building and not in a suite. So there us no lobby. There is a garden area garden area towards the back of the building to relax. There is only one shower and 2 2 float tanks, so if you are not there with a partner you will have the wait to shower.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I came as the last appointment on a Friday. I was late due to traffic and the receptionist was willing to keep my spot! I was offered water and there was a walk through of the whole process! I asked questions and felt no judgement. The facilities were very clean. As a 5'3 I had no problems while floating but I think someone who is 6 ft might have issues. As a first time customer who found this place through Groupon, I will come back! I believe the receptionist's name was Rashi which I am not sure if spelling of her name is accurate. She was kind enough to charge my phone too!
